Jersey City Medical Center partners with Hoboken Community Center to offer mental health services
Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC), a subsidiary of RWJBarnabas Health, partners with the Hoboken Community Center (HCC), a non-profit organization that provides essential services and spaces to support the wellness of the Hoboken community , NJ, to provide free mental-health services for residents of HCC Affordable Housing.

Local leaders gathered to cut the ribbon for the new Hoboken Community Center Mental Health Services at 1301 Washington Street in Hoboken for these local Hoboken residents. The 96 men who live in the HCC Affordable Housing Program will now receive free mental health services provided by JCMC staff.
Hoboken Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla, MP Annette Chaparro, Commissioner Anthony L. Romano, JCMC President and CEO Michael Prilutsky, HCC Board Member Anju Starace, as well as other JCMC staff, HCC Council members, Hoboken City Council members and local residents were present at the inauguration event and toured the center.

About Jersey City Medical Center

JCMC is also a state-designated stroke center, comprehensive regional cardiac center, perinatal intensive care center, regional level 3 neonatal intensive care unit for critically ill newborns and houses the surgical program assisted by Hudson County’s most advanced robot. JCMC, an Advanced Life Support provider for Hudson County, handles 911 medical call screening for Hudson County and operates one of the busiest EMS systems in the state.
